Description

Featuring Shimano’s market leading Flash Boost and Jet Boost technology, the Ocea Head Dip is a floating stickbait designed to be cast amongst frenzied bait balls. Available in a 175mm and 200mm size, weighing 97g and 135g respectively. The patented Flashboost system uses a reflective mirror that creates a continuous flash within the body through kinetic energy. When retrieved, the lure imitates a wounded baitfish by quickly diving below the surface and returns to a vertical position with the head sitting above the water on the pause. Combined with four exciting colours, this lure will attract hard-fighting pelagic species every inch of the way back to the boat.

FLASHBOOST - Shimano’s new and patented FlashBoost technology incorporates reflective mirrors suspended by miniscule springs inside your lure, which adds subtle, yet effective action from the sun, UV rays and all movement. Even when you pause or stop your lure, FlashBoost technology continuously works and flashes from the use of kinetic energy.

AR-C - This unique system adopts a moving spring weight. At the moment of the cast, it slides to the back of the lure, creating centrifugal force. This accelerates the lure, and during flight it stays straighter and is more direct, resulting in on average a 20% improvement in casting distance as well as higher accuracy. Upon landing, the spring shifts the weight forward and the lure regains its balance and action.

THROUGH WIRE - The internal body of the lure is reinforced with a through wire construction for strength and durability.
