Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds will be made at the sole discretion of Tackle World Adelaide Metro.

If a customer wishes to exchange an item due to a change of mind, they are required to:

  • Cover full shipping/freight charges to and from Tackle World Adelaide Metro.
  • Notify Tackle World Adelaide Metro the intention of exchange before sending back the item they wish to exchange.

It is important that the products being returned or exchanged are in brand new, original condition without blemishes/stains and are returned with tags attached and original packaging.

For Adelaide based customers you may come in store for an exchange provided you have the original invoice, a form of ID and the item is in the same condition it was when it was delivered.

Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be made after 7 days from date of purchase.

Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving delivery and returned with copy of original invoice.

Deliveries are made only to address given, and receiving of goods is to be the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Warranty

For goods that are broken or damaged when used correctly which you believe should be covered under warranty please get in contact with us first via email (onlinesales@tackleworldadelaide.com.au) and send us:

  • Photos of the damage/break
  • An explanation of how it happened
  • Copy of invoice
  • Any other evidence to back up your case.

Based on the evidence, if we deem the issue likely to be replaced under warranty we require you to send back the item, along with the original invoice we sent to you with the item. From there we have the company who manufactures/distributes the item to assess the item for warranty. You will be notified whether you receive a replacement, reimbursement or the item is not covered. We will not cover any freight costs associated with warranty related issues therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all associated freight costs.

All goods sold by Tackle World Adelaide Metro come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. This warranty is not transferable.

Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. No refund can be provided under any circumstances.

Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by Tackle World Adelaide Metro.

A large percentage of returned goods are found to be not faulty. If the returned goods are determined by Tackle World Adelaide Metro to not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek the permission from the customer to charge this cost to the customer's credit card where possible. Tackle World Adelaide Metro also reserves the right to charge the labour cost for examining these goods where no fault was found.

All warrantees are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, incorrectly installed, modified, tampered, abused or physically damaged.

Please attach a copy of the original invoice or provide the original invoice number. A detailed fault description must be sent together with all the returning warranty goods.

The customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to Tackle World Adelaide Metro.

Tackle World Adelaide Metro is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to Tackle World Adelaide Metro.
