*Excluded from free shipping are bulky items and items available for Click & Collect only. This includes fly rods, travel rods, tackle boxes, nets, gaffs, spear guns, hand spears or any other item assigned a fixed shipping cost. The item's shipping rate will appear at checkout. *Subject to Tackle World Adelaide, we may choose to exclude free shipping to various areas in Australia. Regions which may be affected include: The Northern Territory, Country Queensland, Country Western Australia, remote communities, and all Islands (Including Tasmania). This occurs rarely and will not apply to all orders bound for these locations. Tackle World Adelaide aims to avoid charging customers additional shipping fees where possible. We will contact you via phone and/or email to arrange additional shipping charges if necessary.

We offer a few different delivery options. Please read over each one and select the most suitable option for you at checkout:

In-store Pickup – Free
Customer ID is required for in-store pickup. If someone is picking up your order on your behalf, please let us know via the order comments at checkout, or by email or phone as soon as possible so we can allow pick-up authorization. Up to 3 full business days are required for processing in-store pickup orders (Mon-Fri). This does not include weekends & public holidays. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up. If you have not received an email notification, our staff may be unauthorised to surrender the goods.

Standard – Flat Rate Shipping (Signature Included) $12.50.
Our standard, flat rate service is not express freighted. Therefore, depending on your location delivery can take up to 7 business days. Signature Required Freight is included; however, if you would prefer to have your order left at your premises please specify in the comments. Tackle World Adelaide Metro, Australia Post, or Star Track Express are not responsible if your consignment goes missing if you have elected to have your consignment left unattended at the shipping address provided. If no one will be home to collect your consignment we recommend providing a business address as your shipping address.

The Northern Territory, Country Queensland, Country Western Australia, remote communities, and all Islands (Including Tasmania) may not qualify for the $12.50 flat rate and may be charged extra to receive our standard service. Tackle World Adelaide Metro is entitled to ask for additional funds if necessary. Tackle World Adelaide aims to avoid charging customers additional shipping fees where possible. Tackle World Adelaide Metro apologizes in advance for any inconvenience. PO Box Deliveries are available with our standard service unless the packaging for your order exceeds 1m in length. If this is the case, we will contact you for an alternative address.

Express Postage – (Signature Included)
This option is not available at time of checkout. You can contact our team at onlinesales@twadelaidemetro.com.au or contact our store on (08) 8340 2277 with your completed order # and request Express Shipping for an additional cost if it is urgent.

Bulky or Larger Items ($25+)
Rod tubes, tackle boxes, nets, traps, gaffs, spear guns, hand spears or any other larger than average item will be assigned its own shipping rate. A product’s shipping rate will appear at checkout and in the table below. Signature required delivery is not included. Tackle World Adelaide Metro, Australia Post, or Star Track Express are not responsible if your consignment goes missing at the shipping address provided. If no one will be home to collect your consignment we recommend providing a business address as your shipping address. If you would like to sign for your consignment, please specify in the comments at checkout.

Currently, we do not ship fishing rods (excluding fly rods and travel rods).

 

Northern Territory & Country/Rural Area Delivery:

If you require delivery to the Northern Territory, Country Queensland, Country Western Australia, remote communities and all Islands (Including Tasmania) with any delivery service there may be additional postage charges which may need to be applied to your order. The choice to charge additional fees, and their amounts are at the discretion of Tackle World Adelaide Metro. We will contact you to work out the details if this is the case.

If you require re-delivery of your consignment package after the initial attempt, please contact us. An additional delivery fee is charged on top of the initial delivery fee for this service.

Please also note that although we use flat rates for most of the shipping, some large or excessive orders may require an additional amount for postage - we will contact you if this is the case.

Orders of high value were once investigated to confirm buyer legitimacy to minimise the risk of fraud. Now, we use a fraud prevention plug-in app to decipher between legitimate and fraud orders. Only in extremely rare events will a third-party (ClearSale) or us will contact you for further details. No matter your payment method, you can shop with confidence knowing you will not be contacted to share ID and credit card details before dispatching your order.

All orders can be tracked. If you would like to track your consignment please contact us via email: (onlinesales@twadelaidemetro.com.au) or phone [(08) 8340 2277] to receive a tracking number. This can be performed on weekdays only.

A phone number is required at checkout just in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

We use a customised real-time stock controlling system to ensure the availability of our products is correctly displayed on our online store. However, there is a small chance of an administrative, coding or computing error occurring. If some goods are unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you immediately after collecting your items, or on the next business day.

If you happen to have an order with items missing, and we have arranged an order from the supplier to fill your order, we will hold your order until all items are ready for dispatch. No split shipments.

We ship to Australia only – strictly no international shipping. We apologise for any inconvenience.

If you elect to have your order left at your shipping address (Authority to Leave) Tackle World Adelaide is not responsible or liable to compensate the receiver for theft or missing articles once the courier declares the article status to be delivered, (according to tracking) and there's evidence (I.e photo) of the article left at the shipping address.

All orders are dispatched via Star Track Express or Australia Post.

All orders have a dispatch window of up to 3 business days. We reserve the right to hold your order until last point of contact beyond resolving any issues with your order for up to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

Gift Vouchers purchased on Tackle World Adelaide Metro's website will be physically dispatched in the mail. Delivery can take up to 6 business days from the time your order status is changed to 'shipped'.
