Description
The MADMACS 200mm, 8", is a sinking, super high speed trolling minnow capable of being trolled at speeds of up to 20kn when rigged correctly. The Madmacs can also be trolled as slow as 5kn and has an amazing vibrating action even at very low speeds due to the Autotune system. The Patented Autotune System ensures it will always troll straight and run perfectly across a huge range of speeds – as slow as 5kn all the way up to 20kn. The ability to troll at all speeds makes this a must have lure in every spread.
It will run at a depth of around 2 - 3.7m when trolled at slower speeds and around 1 - 2m depth when trolled super fast.
Featuring a machine stamped stainless steel plate, and full body foam core construction of the Pat. Pending Body Design, it is one of the toughest lures available, and is up to any challenge. Fitted with super strong BKK hooks and heavy duty split rings the MADMACS is ready for battle.
Designed and tested in Australia by the Nomad Design Team, drawing on decades of charter experience from the Nomad Sportfishing charter operation, each lure has been designed for a specific purpose, and has been balanced and tested to work perfectly with the chosen hooks.

How to Rig Your Madmacs:
Autotune Madmacs
Patented Autotune Technology designed by Nomad founder Damon Olsen. Allows the lure to self centre and run super fast in any condition. Also creates more swimming action at slower speeds allowing the Madmacs to troll between 5 - 20kn depending on the model.
Matrix Metal Plate System
The ultimate internal strength designed for big fish. Features a uniquely designed stainless steel plate in the body mold of the lure. The plate is fused into the lure with a series of small holes at critical locations in the plate, allowing the molded plastic to weave through the plate and create the ultimate in strength.
Diamond Armour
Proprietary internal design process used with clear ABS plastic bodies, designed to dramatically increase strength. The internal diamond mesh grid pattern creates an internal framework to strengthen
the body of the lure, making it far less likely to be crushed or cracked by large predators.
HD ABS System
Normal plastic was simply not strong enough for our lures, so we designed a special formula of High Density ABS plastic, which is a white colour, and is ultimately stronger than other plastics used for lure production. These lures also feature a thicker wall construction,
meaning ultimate strength and durability.
