The DTX MINNOW 140mm / 5.5" is a revolution in trolling minnows, featuring Nomad Autotune, Gorilla Through Wire and Hydrospeed advanced design technology - the DTX Minnow is in a class of its own.
The DTX 140mm / 5.5" Minnow features a wider body and bib design for more body roll and wiggle, designed to get far more lure action at slower speeds. The body is weighted so it works perfectly as either a casting or trolling lure. The unique body shape design creates a distressed baitfish swimming action, and the concealed Hydrospeed belly eyelet allows faster trolling speeds than conventional two points. Combined with the Nomad designed Autotune tow point and bib system, this lure just keeps swimming deep, straight, and true, first time every time, no matter how many bites it takes.
The DTX 140mm / 5.5" Minnow can be trolled in excess of 10 knots and will reach a depth of 8m+ at all speeds. Ideal for everything from bluewater pelagics through to large estuary predators or freshwater predators, the DTX 140 Minnow will be your first choice for casting or trolling.

Autotune DTX
Patented Autotune Technology designed by Nomad founder Damon Olsen. Allows the lure to self centre, run at very high speeds, and go super deep when trolling. Creates more swimming action - it's why DTX Minnows catch more fish than any other offshore hardbait.
Hydrospeed Eyelet
The Hydrospeed belly eyelet has been hydrodynamically tested and designed to allow maximum trolling speed and provide the optimum hookup ratio when using single hooks in large trolling lures. The concealed towpoint allows the lure to be trolled much faster than a conventional lure.
HD ABS System
Normal plastic was simply not strong enough for our lures, so we designed a special formula of High Density ABS plastic, which is a white colour, and is ultimately stronger than other plastics used for lure production. These lures also feature a thicker wall construction, meaning ultimate strength and durability.
Gorilla Through Wire
This through wire system has the wire bend around a set of extra plastic supports internally,
making the wire less likely to separate from the lure body, and ensuring ultimate strength. The through wire is also welded at both ends to ensure you never lose that big fish.
