The DTX MINNOW 120mm / 4.7" is a revolutionary casting and trolling minnow, featuring the Patented Nomad Autotune System and Hydrospeed advanced design technology - the DTX Minnow is in a class of its own. This is an ideal slow trolling or casting lure for big Barra, Fingermark and PNG Black Bass. The 120mm DTX Minnow features a wider body and different lip design to enable more body action at slower speeds and increased snag resistance, to allow casting and trolling through structure. It goes super deep at super slow speeds and has a huge action. The Patented Nomad Design Autotune tow point and bib system means this lure just keeps swimming deep, straight, and true, first time every time, no matter how many bites it has had.
The DTX Minnow offers versatility in casting and retrieval, allowing for super slow presentations or trolling at speeds of up to 6 knots, with a diving capability of over 8 meters. It is equipped with an internal rattle and a center-balanced weight cavity. A self centering tow point ensures that no matter how many fish you catch, the lure will keep swimming straight. Conventional lures with a fixed tow point cannot all be made perfectly centered to swim straight. The ability of the Autotune system to perfectly center itself every time on the bib means that the tow point can be pushed as far back on the bib as possible, meaning maximum diving depth and better action combined with higher troll speeds.

Do Nomad's Smaller DTX Minnow Lures Differ From The Larger Version?
The 85, 100, 120 floating DTX models feature a different bib shape and wider body to sinking DTX models. These sizes are designed for more action at slower speeds, while still being able to handle high speeds. The Autotune system also imparts more action and wiggle on the lure body. Floating DTX minnows are excellent casting lures, crash dive very deep and are easy to work over structure.

Autotune DTX
Patented Autotune Technology designed by Nomad founder Damon Olsen. Allows the lure to self centre, run at very high speeds, and go super deep when trolling. Creates more swimming action - it's why DTX Minnows catch more fish than any other offshore hardbait.
Hydrospeed Eyelet
The Hydrospeed belly eyelet has been hydrodynamically tested and designed to allow maximum trolling speed and provide the optimum hookup ratio when using single hooks in large trolling lures. The concealed towpoint allows the lure to be trolled much faster than a conventional lure.
HD ABS System
Normal plastic was simply not strong enough for our lures, so we designed a special formula of High Density ABS plastic, which is a white colour, and is ultimately stronger than other plastics used for lure production. These lures also feature a thicker wall construction, meaning ultimate strength and durability.
Gorilla Through Wire
This through wire system has the wire bend around a set of extra plastic supports internally,
making the wire less likely to separate from the lure body, and ensuring ultimate strength. The through wire is also welded at both ends to ensure you never lose that big fish.
