The suppleness of Maxima's Ultragreen on the tippet section allows the fly to move naturally and appear real on the water. At the butt end, the stiffness of Maxima Chameleon monofilament allows the leader to roll over freely and lay out more smoothly.
The result is a tapered leader that rolls over better and lays out more smoothly then any other.
