The incredibly sharp Martef coated blade on this model ensures it moves extremely smoothly through fish, giving easy clean-cut fillets every time. The Martef coating in addition to reducing the friction to almost zero, protects the blade against corrosion. The textured rubber handle and the finger guard ensure a firm grip of the knife even in difficult conditions. The filleting knife comes with a plastic sheath.
This blade length is suitable for processing fish that weigh about 2-3 kg.
