Lure engineers at Daiwa discovered that Snapper struggle to track stationary objects and rely on movement for depth perception. To address this, the KOHGA separates its head, skirt, and hook, allowing each component to move freely and independently, maximizing movement and attraction.

The KOHGA's unique head design features a polished ceramic tube that provides an ultra-smooth surface, protecting even the finest fluorocarbon leaders. The keel design enhances stability, and the reversible head allows for versatility in different fishing conditions. The sliding skirt has been reinforced to handle Australia’s tough environments, with each component securely bound and glued for durability.
