The initial trio within the INFEET light-tackle rod series undergoes a comprehensive revamp, introducing upgraded specifications and incorporating new technologies. Leading the range is the INFEET S, positioned as the entry point into the technique-specific family and experiencing substantial upgrades compared to its predecessor.

The newly developed blanks feature Daiwa's advanced Nanoplus resin technology, upgrading from HVF to HVF Nanoplus. This addition marks a significant leap forward, delivering physically lighter and stronger blanks, with some models weighing in at just above 70 grams.

The INFEET S sees a major update with the inclusion of the AIRSENSOR reel seat, previously exclusive to the flagship INFEET EX models, contributing to an overall reduction in weight. Fuji Fazlite anti-tangle guides complete the rods, ensuring optimal performance with both braided lines and straight-through fluorocarbon.

• AIR SENSOR REEL SEAT - Daiwa’s carbon fibre reel seat that’s minimal in weight, yet high in strength and sensitivity. Our ultimate high end, high performance reel seat.

• FUJI FAZLITE RING - A new guide material designed to meet the performance demands of Fuji's premier K-Series guides, Fazlite has excellent hardness, thermal conductivity and bend strength. Fazlite guides have a beautiful deep blue color, are braid-proof, rod-locker tough and smooth as silk.

• HVF NANO PLUS - Through the use of nano resin control technology in the blank construction process, Nanoplus allows for increased graphite density to be achieved within a graphite rod blank.

• X45 - Developed to eliminate blank twist and increase power, X45 features a Bias Wrap Construction, left/right 45 degree carbon weave within the blank. X45 radically improves rod strength and durability by eliminating twist and preventing the blank from losing its round form. The elimination of this twist allows for a lighter, stronger and more powerful and sensitive rod.

• 6101LFS - Tailored for tight-cover scenarios, this model excels at fishing both hard and soft lures in close proximity to floating structures. Its sensitive tip facilitates precise skip casts into pontoons or boat hulls, while the fast taper is ideal for presenting subtle movements to suspending hardbody lures. Well-suited for fishing grubs or small minnows in close quarters.

• 702ULFS - Redesigned from the previous range, the 702ULFS inherits the fan-favorite action from the more expensive INFEET Z series. With a shorter length, it's well-suited for small topwater lures, eliminating the risk of the rod tip contacting the water surface. Additionally, it serves as an excellent choice for an ultra-light soft plastics setup, particularly with unweighted to 1/20th oz jighead-rigged soft plastics.

• 702LFS - Positioned as the new all-rounder in the INFEET S range, this fast-actioned model is versatile and suitable for various applications. Its fast taper is optimal for soft plastics, particularly in the 1/20th – 1/8th oz weight range. The inclusion of Nanoplus resin enhances sensitivity compared to previous models.

• 722ULRS - A dream for crankbait enthusiasts, this model is perfect for micro-crankbaits like the INFEET Kodachi and Rollin’ Crank. Suited for use in open sandy bottom flats with minimal structure, its softer UL taper ensures protection during timid hooksets. Pleasurable to use with treble hook baits, especially with straight-through fluorocarbon.

• 722LRS - Evolved from the original 702LRS, the extended length of 7’2” makes this model a long-casting slow-taper crankbait specialist. Ideal for larger profile crankbaits and hardbody lures such as INFEET Spikes and Double Clutch, the added stiffness over the 722ULRS proves beneficial when casting near more rugged structures.

• 752LFS - Stemming from the previous generation 732LFS, the new 7’5” extended version elevates this fan-favorite. Perfect for plastics in deeper water or with slightly heavier heads, it excels with 1/16 – 1/8oz jigheads. The perfect tip imparts subtle action, while ample backbone ensures effective hooksets at a considerable distance. A standout in the INFEET range and highly requested among the Daiwa pro team.
