Designed with premium performance in mind, it includes Silent Drive—technology from Shimano's flagship Stella range—ensuring smoother operation, reduced vibration, and enhanced longevity. Perfect for finesse fishing in both freshwater and inshore saltwater, the Miravel is fortified with Shimano's CoreProtect water-repellent technology for increased durability and water resistance without adding a heavy winding feel. The reel also includes a screw-in handle for added strength and convenience.

- X SHIP
X Ship provides improved gear performance. Large diameter drive gear, optimally positioned pinion gear and drive gear and two points bearing supported pinion gear to produce a light reeling in under load.
- SILENT DRIVE
The basic design of the entire body and drive-related parts were reviewed one by one to reduce minute rattles, gaps, and shaking between parts down to the smallest detail. It provides smooth and quiet reel rotation.
- MAGNUMLITE ROTOR
The MAGNUMLITE ROTOR is a low-inertia rotor using CI4 + construction. Not only is the overall weight reduced, but the operability and winding sensitivity of the lure are greatly improved.
- CORE PROTECT
The water-repellent treatment provides water-resistance even in the presence of minute gaps due to the water bead formation effect. The water resist effect can be improved without increasing rotational resistance. Furthermore, since there is no contact, there is no abrasion and the waterproofing effect lasts longer.
- ARC-C SPOOL
The spool has a special spool ring shape. This creates a rectifying effect on the line and realizes both suppression of line trouble and long casting performance.
- G-FREE BODY
G FREE BODY technology has been developed to shift the reel's center of gravity closer to the rod. By moving the center of gravity closer to the angler’s hand, the G FREE BODY helps to reduce fatigue and enhance casting comfort.
- CI4+
CI4 is a resin material reinforced with carbon fiber that is lighter and has a higher strength than conventional resin material. CI4+ is an advanced version of the original CI4 material.The rigidity and durability have been greatly improved from original CI4 material while maintaining the lightness of the material, making it possible to reduce the size and weight of the reel.
