This includes our online store. There will be no dispatch or reachable contact during this time as we are not permitted to trade.

We have had a lot of delayed order queries over the past week. Unfortunately, all couriers are having trouble dealing with the volume of consignments, transport restrictions and the reduced staff numbers due to social distancing precautions associated with the COVID-19 crisis.
Australia Post have informed us that regular delivery due dates are likely to extend by at least 5 additional business days. If you have placed an order with us or plan to do so in the near future please be patient whilst you wait for your order.

Unfortunately, our signed delivery options (standard, free or express shipping) have been suspended due to health and safety concerns surrounding the coronavirus.
We apologize for the inconvenience. In the meantime, please understand all orders placed through Tackle World Adelaide Metro will be given the AUTHORITY TO LEAVE until further notice.
Tackle World Adelaide is not responsible or liable to compensate the receiver for theft or missing articles once the courier declares the article status to be delivered (according to tracking) and there's evidence (I.e photo) of the article left at the shipping address.

Further changes to our delivery and collection process due to the increasing impact of coronavirus
The health and safety of our people and customers in the communities in which we operate is our priority.
Following our email on Friday 13 March 2020, we have implemented additional measures with our delivery drivers, posties and Post Office staff for delivery or collection of parcels.
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection.
In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, our staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and sign on their behalf.
The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.
For deliveries with specific signature requirements, we will be working with our customers directly to ensure these continue to be met.
We thank you for your support while we implement these new measures to ensure our people and customers continue to stay safe and healthy.
